Rajnish Dhingra has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Gyrophint, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey to build a globally competitive, Make in India deep-tech enterprise.
With over 27 years of leadership experience across Defence Electronics, Telecom, Building and Airport Automation, he brings a strong blend of engineering depth and business execution to the organization.
As COO of Gyrophint, Rajnish Dhingra will spearhead the company’s growth agenda, focusing on accelerating go-to-market strategies, driving adoption of indigenous deep-tech platforms, and building a high-performance, execution-focused organization at scale. Known for his ability to translate complex technologies into mission-critical, market-ready solutions, he is expected to play a key role in strengthening Gyrophint’s position in the evolving deep-tech landscape.
Prior to this appointment, Rajnish Dhingra spent 17+ years at Honeywell, where he held multiple global leadership roles, including Global Engineering Leader and Global Technical Program Manager. During his tenure, he led engineering and delivery for large-scale global programs and contributed to the $15B Automation and Control Solutions business. Earlier, he worked with SASKEN as Project Manager, managing telecom projects across wireless and wireline domains, and began his career at Bharat Electronics as a Development Engineer, contributing to Defence Projects for the Indian Army.
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Rajnish Dhingra is recognized for combining rigorous business strategy with deep engineering expertise. Over the years, he has led global teams, driven new product development, and delivered complex programs across industries, earning a reputation as a leader who prioritizes accountability, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes.
