Sujeet Pandey has been appointed as Executive Director & Chief of Business & Operations at Excellaa Realty, effective July 1, 2025. With this strategic leadership addition, Excellaa Realty aims to further strengthen its presence in the Pune real estate market and accelerate its growth trajectory in residential and commercial developments. The company is targeting a top-line launch of ₹3,200 crore in the financial year 2025–26, supported by strategic acquisitions and expansion into new asset classes.
Sujeet brings with him over a decade of rich experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles across leading real estate organizations including Raymond Realty, Goel Ganga Developments, and XRBIA Developers.
This marks a return to Excellaa Realty for Sujeet, where he previously held the role of Chief Sales Officer between 2017 and 2020. During that tenure, he played a key role in shaping the brand’s go-to-market strategy, building customer trust, and delivering strong top-line performance. His deep understanding of the regional real estate landscape, coupled with his hands-on leadership style, makes him well-positioned to lead business and operational transformation at Excellaa Realty.
A mechanical engineering graduate from MIT World Peace University, Sujeet is known for his sharp market insight, people-first approach, and ability to scale teams and processes efficiently. At Excellaa Realty, he will focus on enhancing customer experience, driving operational excellence, and unlocking new growth avenues. The company will also explore plotted development and redevelopment opportunities in the Pune market, aiming to position itself among the top-tier developers in West India.
