In addition to his appointment as Chief Technology Officer of Aurix Security, Chuck Voleti also serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO), overseeing IT strategy and operations across all brands within the group, including Specialized Security, M1 Global Security, and Metro One Security. Based in the New York City metropolitan area, Chuck brings around 30 years of progressive IT leadership experience to his expanded mandate.
In this role, Chuck will lead a bold enterprise-wide AI transformation strategy designed to redefine how technology powers security, operations, and customer experience. He will spearhead the integration of intelligent automation, ERP modernization, and Edge AI capabilities into the organization’s core operating model. His mandate extends beyond system upgrades — it centers on building an AI-enabled enterprise where real-time intelligence enhances frontline decision-making, strengthens risk mitigation, and accelerates scalable growth.
By embedding AI across business functions, Chuck is advancing a unified, data-centric architecture that enables predictive insights, operational agility, and continuous innovation. This transformation positions technology not as a support function, but as the foundation for competitive differentiation and long-term enterprise resilience.

Prior to joining the organization and its affiliated brands, Chuck held senior leadership roles at IPC Systems, where he served as Head of Information Technology, along with key management positions at C&S Wholesale Grocers and Office Depot. In these roles, he built a strong foundation in enterprise systems, solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Chuck holds an MBA from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Systems Science from Louisiana State University. He is widely recognized for his empathetic yet accountable leadership style. By fostering collaboration, setting clear expectations, and empowering high-performing teams, he continues to position IT as a central driver of innovation, agility, and sustainable growth across the entire portfolio of brands.
