Harry Saxena has been elevated to the role of Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Protingent Group, marking a strategic leadership move for the organization as it continues to strengthen its technology and operations capabilities. In his new role, Harry will play a critical part in aligning business strategy with technology architecture and delivery, supporting Protingent Group’s focus on scalable, high-performing remote teams and systems.
As Fractional CTO at Protingent Group, Harry brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. He has built and managed teams of more than 50 remote professionals, enabling efficient delivery across geographies. His leadership has been instrumental in successfully launching an office in India, reinforcing Protingent Group’s global operational footprint and talent strategy.
Harry has also led multiple transformation initiatives across operations and technology. His contributions include the implementation of Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making, automation of purchase-order reconciliation and bookkeeping processes, and the spearheading of CRM and back-office automation initiatives. Currently, his focus is on developing an AI Agent and CRM PRO, reflecting Protingent Group’s commitment to innovation and intelligent systems.
A certified PMP® and PRINCE2® professional, Harry has further strengthened his leadership credentials through executive education at IIM Bangalore, IIM Indore, IIIT-Bangalore, and Purdue University. With over seven years of experience driving accelerated execution and informed decision-making, his elevation as Fractional CTO is expected to add significant value to Protingent Group’s technology roadmap, operational excellence, and long-term growth strategy.
