Ivy Nazareth has been elevated to Lead – Partner Hiring at KPMG India, marking a key milestone in her journey with the Firm. In this role, she will lead strategic partner-level hiring and strengthen the organization’s leadership talent pipeline.
An alumni of KPMG India, Ivy was previously part of the Firm’s Human Resources team, where she managed recruitment and HR operations, gaining a strong understanding of its talent ecosystem.
Over the years, she has built deep expertise in leadership hiring through roles at The Boston Consulting Group and Publicis Groupe, following early experience at TATA Communications Ltd. and First Advantage.
Her return to KPMG in a leadership capacity reflects both continuity and progression—positioning her to drive high-impact hiring strategies at the senior-most levels.
