His career spans leadership roles at Shell Technology India, Capgemini, Siemens, Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India, and Daimler Truck Innovation Center India. This diverse exposure has enabled him to lead complex HR transformations across industries and geographies.
Recognised as a strategic HR leader with a strong business mindset, he has consistently driven initiatives around organisational capability building, transformation, and HR technology adoption. His experience working within Global Capability Centre (GCC) environments further strengthens his ability to align people strategies with evolving business priorities in a dynamic global landscape.
