Prior to joining Anu Products Ltd, Joy Tilaak Deb held leadership positions at companies such as Godrej Agrovet, UPL, SML, Dow AgroSciences, Corteva Agriscience, and Agrinos. Across these organizations, he has played a key role in leading large-scale sales operations, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening product portfolios across crop protection, plant nutrition, and biological solutions.
At Anu Products Ltd, Joy Tilaak Deb will lead the India business strategy and oversee the P&L for the India business.
