Prior to joining Emerald, he served as Head of India Operations at Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL Group), where he successfully managed end-to-end jewellery operations for international markets. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in launching patented products, implementing process automation, and strengthening operational efficiency across the organization.
Before VGL, he held multiple leadership positions within the group, including Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Innovation, where his strategic contributions earned recognition such as the Innovation Leadership Award by the World Innovation Congress (2025). His earlier experiences also include impactful roles at Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) in Dubai, Titan Company Limited, and Titan Engineering & Automation Ltd., where he honed his skills in product development, customer insight, and process improvement.
