Mayur Shinde has been elevated to Regional CI Head – India Region at Gestamp Automotive India Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant milestone in his journey of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across complex manufacturing ecosystems. With significant years of experience spanning Asia and Africa, Shinde has consistently focused on building scalable, system-driven performance frameworks that go beyond traditional CI practices.

In his new role, Mayur Shinde will lead continuous improvement (CI), operational excellence, and industrial engineering initiatives across the India region, further strengthening Gestamp’s manufacturing capabilities. His approach has been rooted in creating sustainable and repeatable systems that deliver long-term efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.

Prior to this elevation, Shinde held key leadership and consulting roles at Faber Infinite Consulting, where he served as Principal Consultant, driving transformation initiatives for multiple clients. His earlier stints at Whirlpool Corporation, where he worked as Deputy Manager, and Bajaj Auto Ltd further strengthened his expertise in manufacturing excellence and process optimization, while his experience at Exide Industries Limited laid a strong foundation in industrial engineering practices.

Throughout his career, Mayur Shinde has demonstrated a strong ability to align operational strategies with business outcomes, enabling organizations to enhance efficiency at scale. His cross-functional expertise and hands-on leadership style have made him a key contributor to transformation journeys in high-performance industrial environments.
