Mohit Marwaha has taken on the role of Director & Investor in FMCG brands and organic farming ventures, marking a significant new chapter in his professional journey. Alongside this, he has also founded an HR Tech company aimed at addressing two persistent challenges faced by organizations today—early attrition and low productivity. This move reflects a strategic evolution from HR leadership to business ownership, with a strong focus on execution, structure, and scalable people systems.
With a deep-rooted background in human resources, Mohit’s transition is not a departure from HR but an extension of it. His experience has consistently reinforced the idea that growth challenges are rarely about ideas alone; they are more often linked to execution gaps, weak structures, and misaligned people frameworks. His current focus spans scaling consumer-facing FMCG brands with strong unit economics, building sustainable and credible organic farm-to-market models, and developing practical HR technology solutions that deliver real-world impact beyond pitch decks.
Mohit Marwaha brings with him extensive leadership experience from some of India’s and the world’s most respected organizations. He has now moved out of the role of CHRO at Prudential plc, and has served as Vice President – Head at Niva Bupa, and Vice President – Head Talent Acquisition at NIIT Limited. His career also includes senior leadership roles such as National Head Talent Acquisition – Sales Hiring at Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd., Deputy Vice President HR at IndusInd Bank, and Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition (North) at Aviva Life Insurance.
Across these roles, Mohit has built a strong reputation for driving organizational transformation, strengthening talent ecosystems, and aligning HR strategy with business outcomes. His move into FMCG, organic farming, and HR Tech reflects an operator’s mindset—focused on ownership, accountability, and measurable results—while continuing to leverage his deep expertise in people and systems.
As Mohit Marwaha broadens his canvas, his journey underscores a larger shift seen among senior HR leaders: moving from advisory roles to building and backing businesses where strategy, execution, and people systems converge. This new phase positions him at the intersection of consumer brands, sustainable agriculture, and technology-led HR innovation, with an emphasis on long-term value creation.
