Namit has been an integral part of IndusInd Bank for over five years. In his previous role as Head Branch Controls and Compliance – General Banking Operations, he played a pivotal role in building strong governance structures and driving operational efficiency across the bank’s extensive branch network. His efforts have contributed significantly to improving compliance standards and ensuring robust risk management practices.
