Natasha Anand Joins American Express as Vice President – Global Disputes Servicing

Natasha Anand has joined American Express as Vice President – Global Disputes Servicing. With more than two decades of experience in customer experience and contact, digital transformation, and large-scale service delivery, she brings deep expertise in driving operational excellence and customer-focused service delivery across global financial institutions.

In her new role, Natasha Anand will oversee Backoffice Disputes and Fraud Disputes operations, Working with the teams and key partners in strengthening the Critical processes, bringing in transformation and leveraging key technologies that enable our colleagues to provide the best customer experience enhancing the dispute management capabilities and operational efficiency across American Express’s global Disputes servicing network.

Prior to joining American Express, Natasha Anand served as Head of Operations for India at NatWest, where she led Customer Service and Distribution for the Retail Bank. In this role, she managed large-scale customer contact operations and supported service delivery for millions of customers across key banking services. She is known for her transformative mindset and build a strong people culture.
