Abhishek Mendiratta has joined The Magnum Ice Cream Company as GCC Center Head (Pune), where he will lead the establishment and scaling of the organization’s Global Capability Center. In this role, Abhishek will focus on driving insight-led execution and enterprise-wide transformation, strengthening the company’s global capabilities and operational excellence.
Prior to this appointment, Abhishek spent 18 years at Genpact, most recently serving as Vice President. During his tenure, he led global delivery across analytics, research, data modernization, supply chain, and order-to-cash domains, working closely with CXO stakeholders. His leadership was instrumental in delivering AI-driven and digital transformation programs for global enterprises across industries.
Earlier in his career, Abhishek built a strong professional foundation through roles at Bank of America, Roulac Global Places LLC, and Annik Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. His experience across enterprise credit risk, investment advisory, and market intelligence provided him with a broad, cross-functional perspective on business and analytics-driven decision-making.
With years of experience spanning consulting, operations, and analytics-led strategy, Abhishek brings deep expertise in data modernization, advanced analytics, AI integration, and governance. In his new role at The Magnum Ice Cream Company, he is well positioned to build scalable global capabilities and drive sustainable business impact through technology-enabled transformation.
