ACME Group has appointed Atma Godara as the Vice President and Head of People & Culture. In this role, Godara will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s HR strategy, enhancing organizational culture, and driving talent development.
Before joining ACME, Godara held the position of HRBP and Head HR – Production at Netflix. She has also worked with prominent organizations such as OYO, GreyOrange, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), and Samsung.
Manoj Upadhyay, Founder and Chairman of ACME Group, expressed confidence in Godara’s capabilities, stating that her diverse experience will be instrumental in shaping the company’s transformation journey and fostering a culture of excellence.
Godara is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
