Amit Kapur has been appointed as the Global Chief AI and Services Transformation Officer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), effective September 1. In his new role, he will report to Aarti Subramanian, Executive Director, President, and Chief Operating Officer. With more than two decades of experience at TCS, Kapur has been instrumental in driving global growth through business transformation, client engagement, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that have reinforced TCS’s leadership in digital services.
Currently heading TCS’s business in the UK & Ireland, Kapur has built an outstanding track record of scaling client relationships and delivering market leadership in highly competitive geographies. Over the years, he has also served as Director & Head Benelux and Country Head Netherlands, playing a pivotal role in expanding TCS’s presence across Europe. His leadership in these regions has positioned TCS as a trusted partner for large-scale transformation and innovation programs.
