In his new role, Arunkumar will lead the company’s global growth strategy, revenue generation, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and customer success initiatives, helping enterprises unlock business value through secure, scalable, and outcome-driven AI solutions.
Prior to joining tiramai.ai, Arunkumar served as Senior Vice President, Head of Product Quality, ERM, Compliance & Process Excellence at FSS, where he led strategic initiatives focused on product quality, enterprise risk management, compliance, and operational excellence. Before FSS, he spent over seven years at Temenos, holding several senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President, Head of Business Segment – Enterprise and SME, Head of Engineering – Infinity, Senior Vice President, Global Head of Software Testing, and Vice President. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in advancing enterprise banking frameworks, digital banking platforms, payments, treasury solutions, financial crime mitigation systems, software quality, and large-scale engineering excellence across global markets.
Earlier in his career, Arunkumar spent nearly 15 years with Honeywell Technology Solutions, where he served as Director IT – Madurai Site & Connected Technology Leader, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project Lead. In these leadership roles, he drove enterprise technology programs, engineering excellence, project delivery, talent development, operational effectiveness, and strategic site leadership. His long tenure with Honeywell provided a strong foundation in technology delivery, software quality, innovation, and enterprise transformation.
Arun brings extensive experience in the aerospace and avionics domain, having contributed to the development, testing and delivery of mission-critical software systems for Boeing and Airbus platforms, including Cabin Pressure Control Systems, Flight Control Systems, and other safety-critical airborne applications.
