Indium Software has announced the appointment of Basab Pradhan as the new Chairman of the Board. Pradhan, an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad, resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. He will collaborate with board members Hari Gopalakrishnan, Vijai Raghavan, Vijay Balaji, and Ram Sukumar to drive the company’s strategic initiatives.
Indium Software aims to leverage Pradhan’s extensive experience in guiding technology firms to significant revenue growth. The company remains focused on AI-driven digital engineering, offering services in low-code development, data engineering, AI/ML, and quality engineering.
Prior to this appointment, Pradhan held significant roles at Infosys, Hexaware, and Coforge Ltd. At Infosys, he progressed from front-line sales roles to Head of Global Sales and Marketing. He also served on the board of Hexaware and was Chairman of Coforge Ltd. His leadership is expected to support Indium’s strategic growth in digital engineering services.
