Bernice Priscilla Paradesi has been appointed as Director – Procurement & Commercial Excellence at PwC India, where she focuses on designing integrated, AI-led procurement and contracting solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Her role sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, solutioning, and operating model transformation, enabling organizations to evolve from fragmented procurement approaches to connected, scalable, and outcome-driven ecosystems. At PwC, she will play a key role in strengthening Procurement & Commercial Excellence capabilities and enabling integrated GTM narratives.
Prior to PwC, Bernice has led global procurement transformation and solution design initiatives across enterprises, with deep expertise in building and scaling Source-to-Pay (S2P) operating models. Her experience spans across go-to-market strategy, complex deal structuring, and delivery model design, helping organizations align procurement strategy with business outcomes, governance, and digital enablement. She has worked closely with global enterprises and GCC ecosystems, driving large transformation programs that translate capability into sustained commercial value and expanded market presence
