Bhupesh Bindal has been Joined as Head – Application Delivery and Support at Sitara (SEWA Grih Rin Limited), where he will lead the organization’s application platforms, technology delivery, and digital infrastructure supporting its housing finance operations.
Bhupesh brings extensive experience in enterprise technology transformation, digital lending platforms, and application lifecycle management across leading banking and NBFC institutions. His expertise spans large-scale platform modernization, customer experience transformation, and high-volume financial services technology operations.
Prior to joining Sitara, Bhupesh served as Deputy Vice President at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited, where he led enterprise transformation programs impacting more than five million customers. During his tenure, he drove ₹1300 crore in cross-sell revenue through AI-enabled call center optimization and omnichannel engagement platforms, while also implementing customer-centric service automation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Bhupesh worked with IDFC FIRST Bank, where he established a CX transformation team and led the integration of Loan Origination Systems, CRM platforms, and core banking systems, significantly improving processing efficiency and reducing turnaround times.
Bhupesh began his career with CRIF as a Business Analyst, contributing to bureau connectivity solutions and enterprise credit information systems. With his strong background in financial services technology, Bhupesh will focus on strengthening application delivery frameworks and enabling scalable digital infrastructure to support Sitara’s continued growth in the housing finance sector.
