Bibhas Roy has been appointed as Associate Director at Turner & Townsend, marking a significant milestone in his 16+ years of experience in project management, workplace transformation, and engineering consulting. In his new role, he will lead the Pan India PMO account for a global IT & ITES client, overseeing the expansion and management of a 4 million sq. ft. office portfolio across India. A Neoma Business School alumnus and PRINCE2 Foundation-certified professional, he brings extensive expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and large-scale corporate real estate delivery.
Prior to joining Turner & Townsend, Bibhas served as Associate Director – Project Services at Vestian, where he led strategic project delivery and workplace transformation initiatives for leading corporate clients. Earlier, he progressed through leadership positions including General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Vestian Global Workplace Services, driving complex real estate and project management assignments while building high-performing teams and delivering business value.
His diverse international experience also includes serving as an Engineering Consultant at Amaris Consulting in Belgium, along with key project management roles at Knight Frank India and CBRE South Asia, where he successfully managed end-to-end commercial fit-out, MEP, and workplace projects. Earlier in his career, he built a strong engineering foundation through roles with N Johnson Engineers, Crown Electromechanical, MES Pvt. Ltd., and Infosys, gaining broad exposure to engineering execution and project coordination.
