Bikramjit Ghosh has been elevated to the role of Business Head – East India & Middle East Countries at LEAD Group, effective June 1, 2026. In his new role, he will head all business verticals across East India and Middle East countries, further expanding his responsibilities within the organisation.
Bikramjit joined LEAD Group in April 2022 as Regional CEO (Assistant Vice President) where he led expansion vertical for LEAD Group’s Integrated business for East India. In July 2024, he was promoted to Sr. Zonal CEO (Deputy Vice President) taking charge of Lead Group’s Publishing business (erstwhile Pearson K-12 business) along with Learning System (School EdTech) business for the East Zone. His consistent performance, strategic leadership, and contribution to business growth have now earned him this latest elevation.
With more than 25 years of experience, Bikramjit has held various positions across leading organisations including Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, LG Electronics, Coca-Cola, and Saint-Gobain Glass. He brings extensive expertise in sales, operations, distribution, business development, and market expansion across Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, and School EdTech sectors.
His elevation reflects LEAD Group’s confidence in his ability to drive growth, build high-performing teams and strengthening the company’s presence across East India and Middle East markets.
