Chandra Vijay has been elevated to Associate Vice President at Indegene, where he will lead engagement and oversee a portfolio of key strategic accounts, focusing on strengthening client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering large-scale digital transformation programs across global markets.
With over two decades of experience in marketing technology, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), and enterprise design systems, Chandra has built a distinguished career managing complex client portfolios and delivering strategic technology solutions. Prior to Indegene, he held leadership roles at Mindtree, Cognizant, Altudo, OpenText, HTC Global Services, and Wipro Technologies, where he gained extensive expertise in customer engagement, digital strategy, enterprise platforms, and marketing technology.
In his expanded leadership role, Chandra will be responsible for managing strategic portfolios, deepening customer partnerships, ensuring successful program delivery, and enabling long-term business value through execution excellence and client-centric leadership.
