Daleep Sharma has been appointed as the HR Lead – India Hub at ADM, a leading global nutrition company. Based in Gurugram, he brings over 17 years of deep-rooted experience in human resources, organizational transformation, and global business services to this strategic role.
Before joining ADM, Daleep served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at IDS Infotech, where he played a vital role in reshaping HR practices with a focus on hybrid workforce strategies. Prior to that, he briefly led HR operations across India and the UAE at Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, leaving a lasting impact through robust policy design, leadership development, and a strong people-first approach.
His longest and most transformative stint was with Bunge, where he spent over seven years in various HR leadership roles. As Associate General Manager – HR, Daleep managed global HR strategies across shared services and procurement functions, supporting teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He was pivotal in leading transitions and setting up scalable, compliant HR frameworks for international operations.
Earlier in his career, Daleep held progressive HR roles at Mondelēz International (Cadbury/Kraft Foods), where he contributed to talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and Lean Six Sigma integration. His journey began as an HR Trainee in Baddi, and over the years, he has consistently demonstrated strong expertise in HR business partnering, cultural transformation, and leadership coaching.
In his new role at ADM, Daleep is expected to align HR practices with the company’s global vision, strengthen talent strategy, and drive a high-performance culture that supports ADM’s continued growth in India and beyond.
