In her new role, Deepika will lead business strategy, revenue growth, customer success, market expansion, and organizational development while driving the adoption of RDL Technologies’ AI, Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, Edge AI, Predictive
Maintenance, and Enterprise Digital Transformation solutions across manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, utilities, smart cities, and government sectors.
Deepika brings nearly two decades of experience across business strategy, market intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial IoT, telecommunications, cloud computing, enterprise technology, customer success, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining RDL Technologies, she held leadership positions at 1to1help, where she led Strategic Accounts and Emerging Markets (SME) Transformation initiatives. She currently serves as Strategic Advisor & Co-Director at TelcoSolve® (Netherlands), advising leadership teams on business strategy, AI adoption, digital transformation, and international market expansion. She is also the Founder of a Stealth AI Startup and Founder of Xapify Infotech, reflecting her continued focus on innovation-led business growth and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
Earlier, she spent over eight years with IDC, specializing in Cloud Computing, Telecommunications, Internet of Things (IoT), Enterprise Technology, and technology market intelligence across the Asia-Pacific region. Her career also includes leadership and consulting assignments with OneAndOnlyDesign, Patel Foundation, Avance Consulting, Ingersoll Rand, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Capgemini.
Deepika’s appointment reflects RDL Technologies’ strategic focus on strengthening its leadership team to accelerate innovation and deliver scalable Industrial AI and IoT solutions for customers in India and global markets.
