Dhawal Ruparel has joined Access Healthcare as Vice President – HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition & Transformation, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in HR leadership, talent strategy, and organizational transformation across some of India’s most respected enterprises. In this pivotal role, he leads HR and Talent Acquisition for the Noida region, supporting 7,200+ employees across three sites and managing a high-performing team of 50+ HR professionals.
With a strong focus on strategic business partnering, Dhawal is committed to enhancing managerial effectiveness, strengthening talent and retention frameworks, and building a truly performance-driven, employee-centric culture. His leadership approach blends analytical rigor with deep empathy, enabling him to drive change, foster engagement, and architect impactful people practices that align tightly with business goals.
Prior to joining Access Healthcare, Dhawal served as Head – Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing Division) at Reliance Industries Limited, leading hiring across the Refining, Petrochemicals, and Polyester Manufacturing verticals, along with leadership recruitment and employer branding initiatives. Earlier at Jio, he played a central role in building HR transformation systems at scale, including digitized performance platforms, AI-driven HR tools, and standardized people processes that significantly enhanced employee experience.
Dhawal’s earlier 12-year tenure at Genpact shaped his deep expertise in HR analytics, business intelligence, and global HR governance. Rising to the role of Assistant Vice President – HR Analytics & Business Intelligence, he led multi-country initiatives that improved productivity, strengthened data governance, and supported organizational decision-making. His foundational years in HR operations and employee engagement further solidified his reputation as a versatile, future-ready HR leader.
