With over 17 years of experience in driving business growth, customer development, and commercial excellence, he brings extensive expertise in sales leadership, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and business transformation. In his new role, he will lead FSIPL’s national sales agenda, focusing on accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and reinforcing the company’s leadership position within India’s HoReCa and food service ecosystem.
Prior to joining Food Service India Private Limited, Dheeraj served at Dabur India Limited as Head – Enterprise Business, where he was responsible for leading enterprise business growth initiatives and driving strategic customer engagement across key markets. During his tenure, he also held the role of National Business Development Manager, contributing significantly to business expansion, customer acquisition, and strengthening institutional sales channels across the country.
Earlier, he served as Business Head – Institutions at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening institutional business operations and expanding the company’s presence across strategic customer segments. His experience in managing large-scale business development initiatives further strengthened his capabilities in enterprise sales, channel management, and customer relationship building.
Dheeraj’s professional journey also includes a long and successful tenure at Dabur India Limited as Business Development Manager, where he spent nearly a decade building expertise across business development, institutional sales, market expansion, and customer engagement.
