Dhruti Bhagat Gawande has been appointed as Senior Vice President at Auro Group, where she will lead Government and Corporate Relations across the Group’s diverse businesses spanning Realty, Infrastructure, Mining, Power & Transmission. In her new leadership role, she will focus on strengthening strategic partnerships, enhancing engagement with government and corporate stakeholders, and supporting the Group’s long-term growth and expansion initiatives across multiple sectors.
Dhruti brings extensive leadership experience across strategic business development, financial inclusion, government relations, corporate partnerships, and the lending ecosystem. Throughout her career, she has successfully built high-impact partnerships with corporates, financial institutions, fintech companies, public sector organizations, and government agencies while driving business transformation and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Auro Group, Dhruti served as Director – Strategic Growth at Mastercard. She also held the position of Head of Enterprise & Government Business at Mswipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade with Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Wholesale Banking division, gaining extensive experience across business, government and institutional relationships.
With her extensive cross-sector experience and deep understanding of public-private partnerships, Dhruti is well-positioned to supporting the organization’s continued growth across its diversified business portfolio, making her a valuable addition to the Auro Group leadership team.
