Melvin Lee brings over 20 years of experience in organizational consulting, executive search, and corporate leadership. Known for his strong command of the industrial, semiconductor, and technology sectors, he has successfully advised boards and C-suite leaders on building future-ready leadership teams. His expertise spans manufacturing, supply chain & procurement, engineering leadership, and talent strategies that enable sustainable business performance.
Prior to joining EMA Partners, Melvin served as Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, and earlier with Heidrick & Struggles, where he was part of the Global Industrial, Semiconductor & Systems, and Supply Chain & Operations practices. Throughout his career, he has supported organizations across the Asia Pacific region on senior leadership appointments, succession planning, and large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
In his new role, Melvin will lead EMA Partners’ Singapore operations, driving client engagement, strengthening advisory capabilities, and expanding the firm’s footprint across key markets.
