Gulshan Pahuja has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd., with immediate effect. His appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors following the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a commerce graduate from Kurukshetra University, Gulshan brings over 14 years of rich experience in finance, audit, and cross-functional operations. His core strengths include statutory audits, financial planning and analysis, SOX compliance, internal controls, and corporate restructuring.
Prior to this, he served as Director – Assurance Services at a leading Big 4 consulting firm, where he was instrumental in driving IPO readiness, M&A, digital transformation in finance, and sustainability initiatives.
His appointment comes as part of Motherson Sumi Wiring’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership and accelerating growth in India’s automotive wiring sector.
