Jaideep Maheshwari has been appointed as Head Legal at Bajaj Finance Limited.
Jaideep is a seasoned legal leader with extensive experience in corporate legal advisory, banking and finance, capital markets, structured finance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and strategic legal risk management. Prior to joining Bajaj Finance Limited, he served as Head – Corporate Legal & Advisory at Hero FinCorp Limited, where he led the corporate legal function and advised the senior leadership and business teams on complex transactions, fundraising, governance and regulatory matters.
Over the course of his career, Jaideep has held key legal positions with S.K. Singhi & Co. LLP, SBICAP Trustee Company Limited and AXIS Trustee Services Limited, building deep expertise across financial services, structured transactions, debt capital markets, security trustee operations and corporate advisory.
