Jitesh Donga has been appointed as Vice President – Design, Development Strategy and Initiatives at Sobha Realty. Based in Dubai, Jitesh steps into this leadership role with nearly two decades of experience in architectural design, development planning, and strategic execution across prominent real estate organizations.
Prior to this, he served as Chief of Design at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd and held key leadership positions at Godrej Properties and Synefra Engineering & Construction, where he spearheaded concept development, design management, and project strategy across various landmark projects.
Known for his holistic approach to design thinking and cross-functional collaboration, Jitesh brings a deep understanding of project lifecycle management—from concept to commissioning. His appointment marks a strategic move by Sobha Realty to further strengthen its design innovation and development planning efforts across premium projects in the region.
