Joydeep Mukherjee has joined Infosys as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Data & Analytics, Digital and Creative Services, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s global services portfolio. A seasoned CXO advisor and technology services leader, Joydeep brings decades of experience building trusted relationships with global enterprise leaders and driving large-scale, growth-focused transformations across industries.
Prior to this appointment, Joydeep served as Vice President, US Banking & Payments Lead at Kyndryl, where he was instrumental in strengthening CXO relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading transformational deals across major financial services clients. He successfully transitioned the business from legacy, asset-heavy models to consulting-led, industry-differentiated technology services, while building strong hyperscaler and ecosystem alliances to unlock new growth opportunities.
Joydeep’s career also includes senior leadership roles at Bank of America, where he led payments and innovation technology for global wholesale banking, and Accenture, where he spent nearly a decade as Managing Director. At Accenture, he led complex cloud and SAP S/4HANA transformations, managed large global P&Ls, and scaled teams of over 20,000 professionals while achieving significant business growth across financial services clients worldwide.
With earlier leadership tenures at Infosys and entrepreneurial experience as a founder, Joydeep brings a rare blend of strategy, delivery, data-led transformation, and executive advisory expertise. In his new role at Infosys, he is expected to play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s data, digital, and creative capabilities globally, helping clients drive measurable business impact through technology-led innovation.
