He was Senior Compliance Manager at CLSA, where he navigated complex regulatory environments, and Assistant Vice President – Legal & Compliance at Nomura, where he worked closely with stakeholders to align legal frameworks with business objectives. He also served as Compliance Officer and Company Secretary at BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), contributing to the bank’s strong compliance culture and adherence to corporate governance norms.
He began his compliance journey as Assistant Manager – Compliance at HDFC Securities, gaining foundational expertise in financial regulations, securities compliance, and operational controls. With this wealth of experience across multiple institutions, Kaillash brings a proven track record of safeguarding institutional credibility and supporting business growth within regulatory boundaries.
