Allcargo Logistics Limited, part of the Allcargo Group, has announced the appointment of Karan Vir Puri as the new Head of Sales for its Consultative Logistics (CL) business under Allcargo Supply Chain Private Limited (ASCPL). This strategic move reflects the company’s commitment to accelerating its growth across industry verticals and reinforcing its technology-driven logistics solutions.
With over two decades of experience in sales leadership, P&L management, and business transformation, Karan brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence. He joins Allcargo from his entrepreneurial venture as Business Consultant & Principal Advisor, where he partnered with organizations to deliver business transformation, optimize 4PL operations, and develop aggressive growth strategies. Prior to this, he served as Chief Sales Officer at ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Ltd., where he focused on building quick-commerce logistics capabilities, strengthening warehousing solutions, and driving profitable expansion.
Earlier in his career, Karan held leadership positions with some of India’s leading logistics and supply chain companies. As Business Head of Udaan Express, he was instrumental in developing new market strategies, expanding dark-store logistics, and strengthening last-mile delivery capabilities. At Rivigo, he drove sales and revenue growth across MSME and enterprise clients, while his long tenure at FedEx honed his expertise in enterprise sales, cross-selling solutions, and cultivating CXO-level partnerships across the B2B segment. His experience also spans financial services and insurance, where he contributed significantly in leadership roles at IIFL, Almondz Global Securities, and Tata AIG Life Insurance.
Karan’s career journey is marked by consistent success in building high-performance sales teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing P&L responsibilities across multiple industries. His leadership combines deep customer engagement with data-driven insights, enabling sustainable and scalable business growth.
In his new role at Allcargo Supply Chain, Karan Vir Puri will lead sales strategy, customer acquisition, and business expansion for the Consultative Logistics division. His appointment is set to strengthen ASCPL’s mission of delivering value-driven, technology-led logistics solutions tailored to the evolving needs of enterprises in India and beyond.
