Karthik brings over two decades of experience across leading financial institutions including Axis Bank, YES BANK, and ICICI Bank, where he held senior leadership positions managing MSME portfolios, Bharat Banking initiatives, digital lending, and inclusive finance. Most recently, he served as Zonal Sales Manager at Axis Bank, overseeing B2B business under the Bharath Banking vertical. His tenure also includes spearheading financial inclusion strategies and regional business leadership across South India, driving growth through customer acquisition, distribution channel development, and revenue optimization.
A seasoned expert in sales, financial strategy, and team leadership, Karthik has consistently delivered results across diverse geographies including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. At ICICI Bank, he successfully led the supply chain and digital lending division in South India, managing an asset book exceeding ₹3,500 crore and generating substantial fee-based income while maintaining a clean loan portfolio.
