Native is pleased to announce the appointment of Kiran Nithyanand as Partner – Consumer, & Real Estate. He will lead the firm’s Consumer & Real Estate portfolio across the West and South regions.
Kiran is an India-focused GTM and growth leader with over two decades of experience across FMCG, Alco-Bev, media and investor-backed platforms. His career spans operating and advisory roles where he has built market entry strategies, strengthened distribution ecosystems, shaped monetisation models, and partnered with founders and investors to scale businesses in dynamic environments.
Prior to joining Native, Kiran held senior leadership roles at Assemblage Entertainment where he led their operations and at Rainshine Global Inc, where he worked on international expansion and platform partnerships across India & the US. Earlier at Disney Star, he led large-scale distribution initiatives as and led the overall platform strategy. He has also worked closely with portfolio companies at True North, supporting growth and performance transformation initiatives.
In the first phase of his career, Kiran held commercial leadership roles at Diageo, and progressive sales and marketing mandates at Marico, Godrej Consumer Products Limited & Pidilite Industries, developing deep experience across distribution-led growth and consumer strategy.
Kiran holds a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and a degree in engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
His appointment further strengthens Native’s ability to partner with boards, founders and leadership teams across high-growth consumer and real asset sectors.
