Kunal Srivastav has been appointed as the Head of Infra Operations at Altius, bringing with him a wealth of experience in operational leadership and infrastructure management. In his new role, Kunal will oversee asset management, drive Opex and CapEx strategies, and enhance customer experience across Altius’ operations.
An accomplished operations leader, Kunal comes with over 15 years of experience in service assurance, process optimization, automation & digitization and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver superior service outcomes in complex organizational settings.
Before joining Altius, Kunal served as Head – Enterprise Wireless Assurance at Airtel Business, where he led critical infrastructure initiatives and field operations for enterprise customers to ensure seamless operations across multiple business units. He also held the role of Head – Infra Operations at Airtel, and prior to that, Circle O&M Head – UPW & UT, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening network reliability and performance.
Earlier in his career, Kunal contributed to the growth of telecom infrastructure as National Infra Lead at Indus Towers Limited and Bharti Infratel Limited in managerial operations roles. His journey reflects a consistent focus on operational excellence and infrastructure innovation, making him a strategic fit for Altius’ ambitious growth plans.
