LS Murthy has been appointed to the Global Board of Directors of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), effective 1 January 2026. He will serve as Credentials & Standards Director and contribute to the Finance Committee and Exams & Schemes Committee, supporting the advancement and governance of global coaching standards.
With over 30 years of leadership experience, LS Murthy brings deep expertise in service delivery, people strategy, organizational governance, and executive coaching. A former COO, CHRO, and Global HR Head, his career spans industries including IT services, healthcare, ERP, and technology consulting.
He has held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Radiant Technologies, Infinx Healthcare, and Zensar Technologies. An International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), LS continues to contribute to the global coaching community through leadership development and mentorship.
