Manish Agarwal has been appointed as Commercial Head – Civil SBU at KEC International Limited, marking an important milestone in a career spanning more than two decades across EPC, real estate, and manufacturing sectors.
In this role, he will oversee commercial strategy and financial governance for the Civil business, with a focus on improving cash flow efficiency, strengthening contractual frameworks, enhancing risk controls, and enabling data-led decision-making to support sustainable and profitable growth.
Prior to joining KEC International, Manish served as AVP – Finance at Tata Projects Limited, where he led finance and commercial functions for large-scale infrastructure and building projects. He played a key role in strengthening cost governance, improving working capital discipline, and institutionalising profitability tracking frameworks while partnering closely with business teams.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Kalpataru Projects International Limited (formerly JMC Projects), Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, and Ambuja Neotia Group. Across these organisations, he built deep expertise in financial planning, project controls, compliance, and commercial management.
A Chartered Accountant with a strong grounding in finance, audit, and business strategy, Manish brings a practical and execution-oriented perspective to his new mandate. He is expected to play a key role in advancing commercial excellence and supporting growth-oriented business performance.
