Manish Soni has taken on a new leadership role as Assistant Vice President – Head of E-Commerce at Elica PB Whirlpool Kitchen Appliances Pvt. Ltd., beginning an exciting new chapter in his journey in the consumer electronics and e-commerce industry. As Head of E-Commerce, Manish will lead the complete Online Business for Elica PB Whirlpool, overseeing key product categories including chimneys, hobs, gas stoves, dishwashers, and built-in microwave ovens. He will focus on expanding the company’s digital footprint through innovative strategies aimed at enhancing product visibility, elevating customer experience, and driving accelerated e-commerce growth across all platforms
Before joining Elica, Manish spent over eight transformative years with Panasonic India, where he rose to the position of Deputy General Manager – E-Commerce. There, he played a pivotal role in building Panasonic’s digital ecosystem—driving performance marketing, forging key partnerships with leading marketplaces like Flipkart and emerging quick commerce platforms, and optimizing advertising efficiency through data-led insights. His leadership was instrumental in scaling revenue, improving customer engagement, and positioning Panasonic as a strong digital-first brand in a competitive market.
Earlier in his career, Manish honed his expertise in sales, distribution, and channel management through impactful roles at industry giants such as Samsung India, NOKIA (HCL), Airtel, and Reliance Communications. From leading high-performing regional teams to expanding retail distribution networks and executing strategic go-to-market initiatives, he has built a solid foundation in both offline and online business dynamics—giving him a unique, holistic perspective on modern retail transformation.
