Kandasamy has been with Motivator since December 2023. Before joining GroupM, he served as the National Agency Head for ShareChat, where he was responsible for profit and loss management, leading a nationwide sales team, fostering relationships, and expanding strategic partnerships with key agencies to enhance growth and profitability, according to his LinkedIn profile.
He has also held positions at various other companies, including Flipkart, Adobe, and Grey Group.
