With over 25 years of experience in scaling HR Tech and SaaS businesses, Milind brings a strong record of driving profitability, market expansion, and AI-led business transformation across the Middle East, Africa, and India.
In his new role, Milind will oversee HONO’s end-to-end business operations in the region, including P&L management, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution. He will play a pivotal role in strengthening HONO’s regional footprint, driving enterprise growth, and fostering long-term client success through innovative HR technology and AI-powered solutions.
Before joining HONO, Milind held senior leadership roles at TASC Corporate Services, Ramco Systems, and Cazar, where he was instrumental in driving business development, scaling SaaS solutions, and delivering consistent revenue growth. His strategic acumen, consultative leadership style, and deep understanding of enterprise technology have earned him recognition as a go-to-market expert and transformation leader.
