Mr. Prashant Jadhav has stepped into the role of Vice President – Operations at the New Delhi–based Centre for Sight Ltd., bringing with him nearly two decades of operational leadership experience in healthcare services, hospital management, digital transformation, and administrative excellence. His appointment marks a strategic addition to the Centre for Sight leadership team, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through strong operational governance.
Prior to joining Centre for Sight, Mr. Jadhav served as Cluster Manager at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital for nearly four years. In this role, he not only managed patient services but also drove P&L responsibility by optimizing costs, improving revenue streams, and strengthening overall operational efficiency. He oversaw emergency planning and business continuity, implemented advanced governance systems, and ensured strict compliance with SLAs and turnaround times. His strategic financial oversight and process improvements significantly enhanced both profitability and patient satisfaction.
Before his tenure at Dr. Agarwal’s, Mr. Jadhav successfully led digital and service transformation initiatives with Shivam Medisoft Services Pvt. Ltd. as Service Delivery Manager. He spearheaded end-to-end Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) implementation across a multi-hospital network, introduced BI-driven reporting dashboards, and collaborated with key consulting partners including EY, KPMG, and the Everstone Group to elevate healthcare technology adoption. His ability to blend clinical workflows, IT systems, and organizational processes is especially noteworthy.
Earlier in his career, he held critical roles at SRV Hospitals, Asian Heart Institute, and NDS InfoServ, where he led operations, procurement, licensing, compliance, risk management, and service delivery functions. His deep experience spans patient care coordination, insurance processes, administrative frameworks, financial controls, and health information systems training — contributing to a holistic understanding of hospital operations at scale.
In his new role at Centre for Sight Ltd., Mr. Jadhav will be responsible for leading nationwide operational excellence, strengthening patient care delivery models, enhancing coordination between clinical and administrative units, and supporting the organization’s ongoing expansion and strategic growth. His proven ability to optimize performance, modernize systems, and build resilient operational ecosystems positions him as a powerful force in advancing Centre for Sight’s mission of transforming eye care services across India.
