With over two decades of experience in data modernization, business analytics, AI-driven transformation, and global delivery leadership, Narashiman brings deep expertise in building high-growth analytics practices, driving large-scale enterprise transformation programs, and delivering business value through data-led innovation. In his new role at CitiusTech, he will lead strategic growth initiatives across data and business analytics while strengthening the organization’s global capabilities in AI-ready solutions and digital transformation.
Prior to joining CitiusTech, Narashiman served as Practice Leader – Data & Analytics at LTIMindtree, where he played a pivotal role in scaling global Data & AI practices, driving platform-led monetization models, and capturing significant cross-sell growth opportunities . Earlier, at Mindtree, he led the Enterprise data management and Business Analytics services , successfully transforming fragmented delivery units into a unified global analytics organization while improving operational efficiency and accelerating business outcomes.
Earlier in his career, he held several senior leadership positions at Cognizant, where he managed large-scale global analytics portfolios, led AI and automation-driven delivery transformation initiatives, and spearheaded product engineering for healthcare analytics platforms. His professional journey also includes impactful leadership stints at Wipro, IBM Global Business Services, and IGATE, where he contributed extensively to healthcare analytics transformation, enterprise data management, and strategic consulting for Fortune 500 organizations.
