With more than 13 years of experience in the medical technology industry, Neha brings deep expertise in business strategy, business transformation, medtech marketing, commercial excellence, and customer engagement, with a proven ability to drive sustainable growth and strategic business outcomes.
Before joining Translumina, Neha spent over 12 years at Boston Scientific India, where she led Interventional Cardiology Marketing for the India Subcontinent. There, she built marketing strategy, drove product launch excellence, led digital transformation, and spearheaded commercial excellence initiatives across the region, strengthening market leadership and helping transform the professional education landscape in India. She has received several Global and APAC Marketing Excellence and Business Transformation awards at Boston Scientific. Earlier in her career, she worked in Marketing and Product Management at the Apollo Hospitals Group.
