Nurus Saba has joined Infravision as the Head of Human Relations – India, bringing with her over 17 years of experience in building high-performance cultures and driving transformative people strategies. Known for her deep expertise in employee experience, engagement, and organizational development, Nurus will play a pivotal role in strengthening Infravision’s people architecture as the company continues its rapid growth in the energy-tech sector.
In her new role, Nurus will lead the Human Resources function across Infravision’s India operations. As part of the leadership team, she will focus on designing and institutionalizing HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals, leading workforce planning and talent acquisition, and driving leadership development and culture transformation initiatives. Her focus on digital HR frameworks, governance, and data-driven engagement will support Infravision’s mission to create an agile, scalable, and people-centric organization.
Prior to joining Infravision, Nurus served as Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Bajel Projects Ltd, where she led initiatives that enhanced the company’s employer brand and engagement programs. Before that, she spent several years at Simpl, where she transformed the employee experience by redefining onboarding processes, benefits design, and engagement frameworks. Her earlier career includes impactful roles at ATPI, Callan Research, MSCI Inc., and Mancer Consulting Services, where she gained rich cross-industry exposure and honed her leadership capabilities.
