P. V. Ramkumar has been appointed as Executive Vice President – Growth at Nice Software Solutions, bringing over 30 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, strategic account management, and global growth leadership. In his new role, he will spearhead worldwide business expansion, strengthen strategic partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, and drive the company’s global go-to-market initiatives across key international markets.
Prior to joining Nice Software Solutions, Ramkumar spent more than a decade with Informatica, most recently serving as Country Manager, where he led strategic sales and business growth across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. He managed a $10M+ ARR portfolio, built high-value enterprise relationships, led complex government and banking transformation projects, and successfully drove cloud and enterprise data management solutions while delivering sustained revenue growth.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Wipro Limited as Practice Head – EPM & Risk and Pre-Sales Head – India & Middle East, leading large pre-sales teams, strategic solutioning, and business development across India and the Middle East. He also served as Practice Head – EPM at Mahindra Satyam, Product Manager at Symphony Services, and Ramco Systems, building deep expertise in enterprise applications, analytics, digital transformation, product management, and customer engagement.
With extensive experience in enterprise software, cloud technologies, analytics, strategic sales, and business transformation, Ramkumar has consistently demonstrated the ability to build high-performing teams, manage large-scale enterprise engagements, and drive sustainable business growth.
