In this role, he will focus on strengthening developer relations, driving specification and architectural sales, and unlocking new business opportunities across the ceramic and vitrified tiles segment. With deep expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and commercial real estate, he is set to play a pivotal role in expanding Qutone’s market presence.
Prior to this appointment, Prabhakar Kumar had a long and impactful tenure at TOTO India Industries Pvt Ltd, where he served as Assistant General Manager, managing pan-India key projects and hospitality. He also held roles as Regional Sales Manager & Head Hospitality, overseeing West India operations, Zonal Sales Manager driving regional sales development, and Senior Sales Manager focusing on Mumbai project sales. His
experience at TOTO reflects strong leadership across large-scale sales operations and high-value project execution.
Earlier, he worked with Jaquar & Company Private Limited as Manager – Sales, leading project sales in Mumbai, and at Jaquar & Co. Ltd as Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing, focusing on key account management. He also served as Assistant Manager at Parryware Roca Pvt Ltd, where he handled key account responsibilities, further strengthening his expertise in the building materials and sanitaryware segment.
