Pramod Goel has been appointed as India Head – Fiber Engineering at StarTech Networks Inc., where he will lead the Fiber Engineering vertical for its India operations. Through its subsidiary, StartTech India Pvt Ltd, the company delivers end-to-end lifecycle solutions across the USA and Canada, spanning 4G–5G Network Planning & Design, Network Integration, Data Centre Services, Fiber Engineering, and Professional Staffing Services. In this role, he will focus on strengthening the India delivery hub, expanding capabilities, and supporting key global clients such as AT&T, Nokia, Ericsson, Amdocs, Congruex, and Techwave, along with hyperscalers like Google, Meta, and Amazon, further accelerating global growth.
Prior to this appointment, Pramod Goel served as Sr. Vice President at iBus Networks & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, where he held P&L ownership and drove significant business growth, scaling EBITDA, enhancing valuation, and expanding digital infrastructure offerings across IBS, Wi-Fi, IoT, and FTTx. During his tenure, iBUS witnessed remarkable growth, with its equity value increasing over 20 times since its initial angel round, achieving a strong CAGR in valuation over several years, and securing significant funding, including a major investment from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The company also expanded its network footprint from approximately 14 million sq. ft to nearly 1 billion sq. ft, supported by multiple funding rounds and a strategy focused on domestic and international expansion through IoT and managed Wi-Fi services.
Earlier, he worked at American Tower as Regional Sales Head & Reliance Jio National Account Manager, where he drove revenue growth, secured long-term agreements, and accelerated large-scale telecom rollouts. He also held leadership roles at Ascend Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited as National Sales Head, Head Business Commercial, and Head New Business Development, where he led nationwide sales strategies, built CXO-level relationships, and significantly increased tenancy and revenue through strategic initiatives.
Pramod Goel’s career also includes his tenure at Reliance Communications Ltd as BlackBerry Business Head – Karnataka and AGM Key Accounts, where he led corporate wireless solutions and drove key partnerships. He spent over five years at Bharti Airtel Limited across multiple roles, including Manager – Enterprise Solutions, Town Operating Officer, and Assistant Manager Sales, contributing to network expansion, enterprise sales, and operational excellence. Earlier, he worked with ATCO Products Ltd as Industrial Business Manager and began his career at Kores India Ltd as Sr Sales and Service Engineer, where he played a key role in launching and supporting office automation products.
