Pranav Sharma Appointed as Regional CEO – EMEA at Nivtrix AI-powered enterprise software and digital transformation solutions provider Nivtrix has appointed Pranav Sharma as Regional CEO – EMEA. In this role, he will provide strategic, commercial, and operational leadership for the company’s business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Pranav will lead Nivtrix’s regional growth strategy by driving market expansion, enterprise sales, executive engagement, strategic partnerships, and customer success while accelerating the adoption of the company’s integrated AI-powered digital transformation platform. His mandate includes strengthening Nivtrix’s presence across the Telecom and Enterprise sectors through solutions spanning OSS/BSS, Digital Financial Services, CPaaS, GIS, Revenue Assurance, Digital Identity, AI-Driven Operations, Enterprise Integration, and Intelligent Automation.
With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, Pranav has successfully built and expanded technology businesses across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean Islands, and India. His career has been defined by helping telecommunications operators, governments, utilities, financial institutions, and large enterprises modernize their operations through enterprise software, cloud technologies, AI, customer experience platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
A significant part of Pranav’s career has been dedicated to the telecommunications and enterprise software industry. At Oracle Corporation, he led Digital Transformation and Enterprise Software sales for the Telecommunications vertical across East Africa, working closely with leading operators on enterprise applications, OSS/BSS modernization, cloud adoption, analytics, and digital transformation programs.
He subsequently joined Avaya International, where he was responsible for driving Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, Unified Communications, Collaboration, and enterprise communications solutions across East, Central, and Southern Africa, enabling organizations to transform customer engagement and workforce collaboration.
Earlier, Pranav established a strong foundation in the telecommunications sector through leadership roles at Tata Teleservices and Airtel, where he gained extensive experience in telecom enterprise sales, connectivity solutions, managed services, and strategic customer engagement for large enterprise accounts.
He later expanded his regional leadership as Head – Unified Communications & Collaboration, Sub-Saharan Africa at AGC Networks (now Black Box), where he led software, professional services, unified communications, contact center, collaboration, and digital workplace solutions across multiple African markets while driving strategic partnerships and regional business growth.
Pranav also held senior leadership positions at MIDCOM Ltd., Lepton Software, Exotel, and eDAS – Eureka Digitisation and Automation Services, where he led International business expansion, enterprise SaaS growth, GIS and telecom software sales, CPaaS solutions, strategic alliances, cloud transformation, channel development, and software business expansion across EMEA and other emerging markets.
His expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud, OSS/BSS, GIS, CPaaS, Customer Experience, Telecommunications, Digital Transformation, and international business leadership, making him exceptionally well positioned to lead Nivtrix’s next phase of growth across the EMEA region.
As Regional CEO – EMEA, Pranav will focus on strengthening executive relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, entering new markets, and accelerating customer adoption of Nivtrix’s AI-powered digital transformation platform, reinforcing the company’s vision of helping enterprises replace fragmented technology landscapes with one intelligent, integrated digital ecosystem.
